How to Calibrate a Samsung HDTV LN52B630
amsung is a company known to produce some of the best HDTV's on the market, and when coupled with an HD source like a Blu-Ray player, the picture is breathtaking. In order to get the best picture, however, you need to calibrate your TV's settings.
Instructions
Step 1 :
On your Samsung HDTV remote, select "Menu." You will be presented with your TV's menu. Select the "Picture" tab. From here you need to select the best settings for your set.
Step 2 :
For a brightly lit room, change the settings to match these.
Picture Mode: Movie
Contrast: 100
Brightness: 44
Sharpness: 20
Color: 50
Tint: 50
Backlight: 7
Color Tone Warm1
Digital NR Auto
Detailed Settings->
Black Adjust Low
Dynamic Contrast Low
Gamma -1
Color Space Auto
Edge Enhancement On

Step 3 :
For a dark room, change the settings to match the ones below.

If you perform these steps the correct way, you will take advantage of your superior TV's picture and high definition capabilities. Go in and tweak some settings to get them precisely to where you think the picture is the best, as an HDTV's calibration is a very personal thing
